The Bristol String Quartet is a well-established string quartet with years of experience playing at weddings and corporate functions in Bristol, Bath, Cardiff, Somerset, the Cotswolds, and across the South West.
As the South-West's most experienced quartet, having played at in excess of 3000 events, you can be sure of the highest standard of performance. With our wide experience, we can help create the perfect atmosphere for any event, from a small intimate wedding to a large corporate function.

We were absolutely delighted with the Bristol String Quartet who performed as a trio at our wedding. They have an extensive list of songs to choose from including some more unusual options which made the whole experience feel really personal. We were especially excited to include Favourite by Fontaines DC and it sounded incredible on the day. Their music was truly the highlight of our drinks reception and created such a special atmosphere. It gave a real wow factor when our guests arrived to the sound of them playing and we received so many compliments about how amazing they were. The only thing we wish is that we could buy a recording of them playing our wedding songs just so we could listen back and relive those moments again. We wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to add something unforgettable to their wedding day.
We just wanted to reach out to thank you for being part of our special day. The string trio were amazing they went down a real hit with the guests especially the children - guests were even commenting how it felt Bridgerton style which was lovely. You were truly amazing!

The Bristol String Quartet were absolutely brilliant when they played at our wedding. They were very easy to communicate with and always answered emails quickly. They have a huge repertoire covering modern and classic songs including songs from Zelda which was a personal highlight for us. They even learnt a new song for our wedding as they didn't previously have it. Every single guest commented on the phenomenal music! I couldn't recommend them highly enough! Thank you again.
